This lens is rated at VLT = 35% (Light Transmission), and it uses Detour’s Hi-Fi lens tech to deliver enhanced clarity with greater contrast and depth perception to help you read the terrain. It also features an anti-scratch coating for added protection to help minimize lens damage from normal use and handling.
Fog can wreck a great day on the mountain, so Detour builds this lens with permanent anti-fog integration: the inner lens material is fused with anti-fog properties, meaning it can never be wiped away and degrade performance over time. The exterior lens also has anti-fog and hydrophobic lens properties. For bright conditions, the lens includes UV protection with 100% UV400 Protection.
Base color matters, too, because it’s what you actually see looking through the lens. This Ice Blue lens has a Rose Pink base color, giving you a specific viewing tint while you ride.
